Sophia Konstantinovna is the founder of Femme Systems™, a systems-driven business coaching company built specifically for women entrepreneurs who are ready to scale, but are still stuck in the weeds. Most of the women she works with are capable, driven, and deeply committed to what they’ve built. But somewhere along the way, the business started running them instead of the other way around.
She holds dual ICF and Systems Business Coach® (SBC®) certifications, and has co-authored work with Dr. John Gray on gender intelligence in leadership, giving her a deep understanding of how women think, build, and lead, especially when supported by systems that honor their natural design. Her work integrates systems, strategy, and identity, guiding women to become the CEO their business actually requires, without adopting a masculine framework of burnout and hustle.
Sophia has built and operated multiple businesses while performing, competing, and leading at a high level — as a Top 100 Women of Influence Honoree, National Ballroom Dance Champion, and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer — giving her a rare, embodied understanding of what it means to wear every hat, navigate pressure, and execute at a high level.
